• Provide technical support \ Desktop Support to all office clients for hardware \ Software systems (MAC OSX and Windows platform).
• Provide technical support to all global \ remote clients for system issues using email or Skype support (RDP, VPN, Teamviewer, LogMeIn).
• Maintains hardware, software, network and backup systems in the company using Norton Backup exec for servers and Crashplan for Desktops and laptops.
• Upholds and complies with company policies, procedures, practices, standards and guidelines and addresses all requirements thereof.
• Studies/evaluates current and upcoming hardware and software based standards for possible utilization.

• Maintain and manage Server exchange, MS SQL server 2003 / 2005.
• Provide Technical support to clients.
