Lead the team of Supervisor’s, Technician’s and Sub-Contractors in day to day Facility operations.
Responsible for planning, execution and supervision of all activities including walk-through inspections and corrective maintenance works (MEP, HVAC, Building).
Supervise team members in accordance with company policies and procedures. Schedule and conduct team meetings.
Responsible for achieving availability, maintainability, reliability and safety standards
Conduct due diligence inspections the status of Buildings and its systems etc.
Coordinating with client Facility Management representative.
Update & maintain client asset register & its maintenance history.
Generate Service Orders/Work Orders & RFQ’s by entering information into Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Coordinate with the Technicians, Contractors and other Service provider within own areas of expertise (MEP, Civil, BMS, Landscaping, Housekeeping, etc.).
Direct the request or problem to the most appropriate support area (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Housekeeping, Landscaping etc.).
Monitors work in progress performing by the Subcontractors & Technicians, including field investigations, Preventive & Corrective Maintenance, Equipment’s Breakdown Analysis & ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, standards & ensures that the KPI’s are achieved.
Prepares Technical Reports and recommendations for work in progress and repair works.
Generate and update Service Orders, RFQ’s by entering information into Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Liaise and coordinate with respective departments Engineers on the complaints and inquiries for their investigation/response and action.
Participates in final walk-through inspections and the process of project check-out and acceptance, and the turning over of projects to system operations and distribution personnel.
Provide assistance and give feedback on users/tenants to ensure that requests or problem reports have been satisfactorily handled.
We take water samples and read meters and gauges. After examining this data, we might adjust equipment or the release of chemicals to ensure that the water is safe.
Produce a clean/quality water effluent prior to discharging.
Remove waste materials which could create a demand on the receiving stream and possible pollution and health hazards.

Backwashing & Regeneration of Filter Column & Clean Flow towers
