1. Preparing the all project documents according to the BOQ standard & submitting to consultant and take approvals. Work Inspection test reports, all materials, and all Drawing approvals.
2. Review and analysis all CAD drawing and shop drawings construction details, product data material samples, inspection plans, method statement, delivery schedules to conform with compliance with the requirement of the Schedules/Program of work etc..
3. The Purpose of our project new implementations of the new site and installation of the required materials and equipment's.
4. Responsible for overall plan, Design for CAD-2D drawings and 3D Modeling for Revit-MEP drawings /engineering /coordination and implementation / execution of respective, services including control and monitoring of progress.
5. Manage and administer all aspects of a project including estimating, scheduling, progress measurement, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost studies, safety and proposal preparation.
6. Check the contract drawings and specifications are properly implemented & complied on site.
7. Implement safe working practices as per the company’s Health and safety procedures and works being done as per safety and quality standards.
8. Execution of job by controlling of man (labors and Forman’s), material (conduit’s, pipes, ducts, iron, steel, concrete, sand, cables, trays, transformers, breakers, mcb, mccb…etc.), machinery (JCB, POCLIN, SHAWEL, KRAINS, GULF) and MEP (Mechanical and Electrical and Plumbing) resource in the project.
9. These all work standards are under the Government of Municipality approved for the execution and implementation and installations.
10. Plan of action with supervisor for execution of building construction project.
11. Planning Day to day monitoring work and planning entire work.
12. Monitoring of work as per planning, local & international standard codes.
13. Provide preliminary sketches and cost estimates for materials and services.
14. Inspect materials Delivered on site to make sure that the materials, equipment and devices delivered are in accordance with the project specifications.
15. Materials / work inspection to inspect with consultant.
16. Coordinating material transportation to the project site & ware house coordination.
17. Material requirement calculation & material reconciliation.
18. Identification of sub-contractors and suppliers & collecting question & close coordination with subcontractors.
19. Attending weekly and monthly meeting along with Consultant and main- Subcontractors.
20. Preparing weekly and monthly report & Reported with Manager and Construction Manager.
21. Preparing as Build Drawing (Auto Cad) and Revit-MEP.Reviewing submittal’s prior to the consultant and the civil obstruction have been cleared to the MEP contractors.
22. Rising bills IR IIR of site MEP works for consultant approval or in case of any clarification.
23. Attending authority inspection’s as per project schedule and all testing & commissioning of MEP services.
24. Coordinating between MEP and civil drawing at the site. Coordination and attending meeting with sub-contractor, contractor & consultant, client, supplier.
25. Requesting the inspector inspection time scheduling, and approve the bill passing and take the hand over paper and site clearance papers.
26. Coordinating with inspection authority to get release note and it should be submit.
27. I controlled my team labors and there works.
28. Installation of Electrical cable trays, cable, ducts, pipes, conduits and electrical equipment’s up to (B+G+4F+R and 2B+G+6F+R and 2B+G+9F+Terros), Commercial and Residential buildings and rooting and electrical shop drawing.
29. Street-light installation, Transformer, poles, lighting fixtures, Pipe (PVC) pitting, cables polling, and all terminations and put Sand and Warning tape and Backfilling for under grounding.
30. Lighting System-Building Construction installations of all equipment’s, Distribution TF, MDB, MCB, MCCB and conduits, pipes (PVC), all cables, all terminations.
31. Power System -Medium voltage13.85KV installations, Transformer, RMU-SF6, Pipe (PVC) pitting, all HT-cables polling, and all HT-terminations and put Sand and Warning tape and Backfilling for under grounding.
32. Low voltage and Distribution 440V/220V/110V Networks installations, Transformer, poles, lighting fixtures, Pipe (PVC) pitting, all LT- cables polling, and all LT-terminations and put Sand and Warning tape and Backfilling for under grounding and conduits, piping, wiring for up to (B+G+4F+R and 2B+G+6F+R and 2B+G+9F+Terros), Commercial and Residential building’s.
33. Minipiller Installation and Terminations for Minipiller 4-Core 400V without armored 4*300 mm^2 Al-cable laying, trenching, polling, put sand, warning tape, base core, backfilling.
34. Energy meter Installation and Terminations all cables types. Know about Building and Constructing work Installation and Terminations for Minipillers and Energy meters and Circuit Breakers and MCB , MCCB and CB-trays, Switch bods all types of cable laying and polling and grounding systems.
35. I have good knowledge about shut down RMU-SF6 and Transformers.
36. Joints all (HT-LT) cables for Screened 3-Core, AL/XLPE/SWA/PVC, Heat Shrinkable Straight through Joint for HT-Cables to 13.85KV and 440/220V with and without armored LT-cable all
37. Installation of RMU-RMU, all HT-cables, SF6 Breaker's, Oil Circuit Breakers, Air Blast Circuit Breakers, . Etc. Installation of RMU-Transformers (500 KVA, 1000, 1500 Etc.) all HT-cables.
38. Knowledge about preparation Barrera port foundation, Transformer foundation and RMU-SF6-CB foundation Street light Transformer foundation and port.
39. Installation of Substation to Substation (13.8KV, 33 KV, 66 KV, Etc.). And Installation of Current Transformer (C.T) and Voltage Transformer (V.T) and Isolators, HT and LT all systems.
40. Grounding Systems - Grounding & Earthling Installation of HT-said 13.85KV and LT-said 440/220V of all Earthling and all Grounding installation.
41. Testing and Commissioning such as meager test, cold test, live, Continuity Test and Oil Test.
42. Estimate the total site Load calculation, according to the Saudi Electricity Company Standard.
43. Calculation of Voltage Drop and Voltage Regulation and Power calculations.
44. Certifying Q.C. sheet to contractors after completing Project site and Coordinating with inspection Authority to get release note and it should be Submit
Working as trainee Engineer in 33KV/11KV Substation plants, Maximum demand, Reactive power and Effects of reactive power control of Transformers, Power factor, Capacitor control by using capacitor banks, Facts technology, An overview of BDL Company. CASE STUDY PROPOSAL 1.At individual equipment level. Motor of 100KW is working at very low power, power factor is 0.7, it is fed from low voltage substation. PROPOSAL 2. At LV substation level.1000KVA transformer is installed. PROPOSAL 3. At HV substation level. The main transformer is loaded up 3000KVA.
