Tacking rates from airline and shipping lines for the export shipments after getting approval from top management.
Handling Dubai Trade for making all types of Bill of Entry and Declarations.
Handling Calogi Application for Creating and Executing AWB on agreed Adhoc rate for Air shipment.
Managing all types of DP World related services on Dubai Trade.
Preparing Customs documents to submit Customs through Zajel before 14 days.
Process Invoice and Packing list as per given Al, SI and Items by sales Team.
Managing and sending the Pre-Alerts for the ongoing shipments by air & Sea.
Track and Trace all Import and Export shipments.
Preparation, consolidated shipments and their manifest according to the weight and number of packages
Responsible for making passes and services related to ports.

I am Responsible for the general accounting Features Including general ledger profit and loss account balance sheet bank
reconciliation customer and supplier reconciliation helping senior accountant for VAT submission and carry out the
financial report of the company.
Processing of local purchase orders as per purchase request and managers approvals.
Posting of purchases invoices with respect to the supporting documents.
Process of vendors payments on agreed due dates.
Reconciling the supplier statement of accounts as and when required and final reconciliation on every month end.
Verifying the customers Lpos as received, as per our sales quotation submitted. (Prices, payment terms & delivery
terms)
Preparation, validation and submission of monthly and quarterly VAT returns.
Handle VAT reporting (payables and receivables).
Ensure collections and payments are done in line with UAE regulations

I am Responsible for the basic general accounting
data entry preparing invoices into system and assist to senior accountant for daily accounting duties.
