I played a key role in the transformation of “Almady engineering Consultants” in Riyadh, by masterminding an aggressive restructuring 1-year plan and spearheading its execution, granting Almady astounding business growth and national recognition.
I am in charge of all activities of the architectural & engineering development consultancy office and headed the feasibility & marketing studies, value engineering, as well as property developments in the industrial and commercial sectors.
I also manage a team of over 25 architects, engineers and supporting staff in the HQ office in Riyadh, Madinah branch as well as 8 different construction sites.
As QA/QC Manager and Acting PgM tasked with ensuing that the various projects within Sudair Industrial City are properly integrated and are delivered on schedule and to the required costs and quality using program management techniques.
Reporting on the interactions, inter-dependencies, progress and quality of the various projects within the industrial city being managed.
Acting PgM I have the power to direct and instruct contractors and construction management staff to deliver the program of works, processes of approvals, liaison and sign-off, leading the PgM team having the authority to make instructions to contractor once appropriate liaison and communication takes place with all stakeholders.
As PgM concerned with making sure the appropriate systems delivery, reporting, technical auditing and quality is being achieved. Insuring all PgM systems developed, by DAR as consultants, shall fully interface with MODONs PMO and Departments ' requirements.
Ensure that works are undertaken in accordance with the contract conditions.
Oversee the construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction phase.
Making sure that the project gets on time to quality and within budget.
Oversee the performance of consultants and contractors during the program life cycle from the design phase to the project close out and post evaluation phase.
Monitor construction cost, progress against schedule and quality.
Sudair industrial city is an industrial city 270 km 2 footprint belongs to Saudi Industrial Property authority (Modon) . Development program, including many Projects included: infrastructure installation, high voltage transmission lines installation, major connector, arterial and local roads/bridges, potable water and waste water networks& treatment stations, and development of industrial logistical area and residential area .
Develop, establish, conduct and manage all activities related to Architecture Design Review, Quality Management & construction Management in any type of projects in the construction industry locally and internationally.
Develop, establish, conduct and manage quality systems in the projects sites referring to ISO 9000/14000. This includes procedures, and quality manuals. Lead teams to deliver superior results.
Manage & supervise several types of projects in their different phases; High Rise Buildings, Administration Buildings, Hotels, Hospitals, Schools, Industrial.
Develop, establish, conduct and manage quality systems in the projects designs referring to ISO 9000/14000. This includes procedures, and quality manuals. Time, cost and resource management, Guiding Architectural design of different types of sites and buildings.
Manage all technical activities; lecturer and training in the field of project management and Architecture. Lead teams to deliver superior results.

Criminal Court Complex” project was a unique project in the down town of Riyadh, KSA Capital, Consists of a podium, medium rise building 13 floors +2 basements, and mixed use building, parking + retail. In addition to external hard/landscape works.

• Carried out project management activities for effective project design and advice on technical issues @ Project planning stage for Architectural and Engineering development, Authorities approvals for getting NOC from Municipalities, Electricity, Civil Defence, and Water & Drainage Departments.
• Develop the initial scope of IMAR project in alignment with overall project strategy and direction; in close coordination with Virtual lead consultant AS&P.

Dealt with the Client and contractor on issues relating to variations, valuations and change orders as required. I also coordinated with other departments responding to correspondence from outside inquiries.
