The Main duties:
 overall coordination and proper management of the Community Center CC and arrangements are taken for activities to be carried out in the center.
 Monthly & Weekly work plan are shared and implemented for proper implementation of activities within the center.
 Coordinator with revelant sub-office Logistician to guarantee proper functioning of the CC in terms of maintenance, supplies, cleaning materials, storage capacity.
 Organize weekly/monthly meetings to plan activities with the projects’ teams, as well as regular meetings with CC support staff and logistics.
 Assist the hiring of all staff, collaborating with the Project Manager and participating in interviews.
 Follow HR procedures for all staff, and timely submission of documentation to HR and leave management.
 Supervision of admin and support staff operating in the Community Center.
 Train staff on procedures and full understanding of the project scope and goals.
 Follow the team to be in the respective sectors are working effectively together, mitigate in case of tensions and Conflict and report immediately on HR related issues.
 Prepared Logistics Plan monthly and raise the estimated cost for the CC needs in the plan.
 Manage responsibly the petty cash.
 Ensure that all other relevant administrative & financial
documentation (purchase requests, receipts) is completed accurately and timely as required.
 Responsible for the proper running of the CC and collaborate closely with the Logistics department and the Project Manager for any procurement related to the Project.
 Send Stock Requests in timely manner, including stock tracking (in and out) and ensure monthly reconciliation with logistics.
 Assist the Logistics department in keeping all field bases functional and flag operational constraints in a timely manner.
 Arranging the team’s movement on the ground, in collaboration with the Logistics department and ensure cost effective use of available resources.
 Share monthly/weekly movement plans or missions.
 Supervise operational support staff, such as guards and cleaners and report any issue directly to Logistics department and the Project Manager.
 Provide qualitative & timely monthly reports to the Project Manager giving a comprehensive overview of the CC activities indicating the
challenges and mitigating measures proposed or to be implemented, indicating issues related to HR, and refer to next month’s planning.

 Coordinate regularly with local authorities on all relevant activities.

 Preparing daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports.
 Documenting and archiving financial transactions paper and electronically.
 Supervising and following up on the assets of the project.
