Assists the Banquet Manager in conducting formal training sessions for the servers i.e. hospitality services and serving directions.
Provide the guest with the best possible experience available by ensuring all banquet food and meeting space presentation is organized and according to specifications set by the client and prepared in a timely manner.
Coordinates food service between kitchen and banquet service staff
Inspects all set up and ensure that it follows Banquet Event Order
Enforce all rules and regulations and demonstrate company standards
Manage all opening and closing side work including captain’s report and closing inspection duties
Follow all health and safety regulations
Control and limit waste
Maintain banquet cleanliness in front and back of house
Manage inventory and operating materials
Assist with all reasonable bar back duties as required and perform other duties as assigned.
Supervises a section of the restaurant and responsible for guiding the waiter/waitress and bus boy/girls in the performance of their tasks.
Responsible for ensuring sufficient operating supplies, beverage and equipment during operation.
Ensures over all sanitation and cleanliness of the restaurant during the shift.
Responsible for the proper maintenance and good working order of all equipment, furniture and fixtures in the outlet.
Consistently implements the service standards and operating procedures in the restaurant.
Responsible for ensuring sufficiency of manpower in the shift
Performs other duties and responsibilities assigned by immediate superior.
Ensures guest satisfaction.
