My position in the company is warehouse manager
I restructured and reorganized the warehouse management in the correct administrative
manner, dividing the stores into warehouses for the finished product, stores for raw materials
and auxiliary materials, and stores for spare parts, according to the size of the company.
I developed a system for the monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual inventory, whether
with random samples or a complete physical inventory so that we can control warehouse
balances and address any errors or problems before they aggravate.
I have special skills that helped me accomplish the tasks entrusted to me, such as my use of
Microsoft Office very well (Access - Excel - PowerPoint).
I have organizational and administrative skills that helped me fully supervise all warehouse
personnel at their different levels to efficiently accomplish the tasks assigned to them while I
trained them and developed their performance and skills.
