Relationship Officer
• Conducting financial review with prospective customers and understanding their need to ensure business delivered is also need based.
• Generating business through the various products offered by the bank, including investments /savings, protection and retirement solutions to ensure maximum business generation.
• Ensure customer retention, as well as new customer acquisition in the segment.
• Catering to all segments of client, including mid ranged to HNI.
• To achieve monthly business targets, through relationship management and revenue from the target customers.
• Added experience of cross sourcing of business including credit cards and personal loans.
