Following up and inspection of all mechanical equipment like (pumps, fans, compressors, cooling towers, centrifuges, and screw conveyors, agitators, rotating drums, bucket elevators, belt conveyors, pellet presses, pulp presses). Supervise the site manpower staff technicians in all equipment Day to Day Activities and locate required resources to accomplish maintenance activities safely, timely, and efficiently. Manage and report all maintenance activities and assets records through company CMMS (Oracle) to keep continuous and valid records for all assets. Implement maintenance activities (preventive, corrective, predictive, inspection, and performance monitoring) - safely and efficiently to meet company and maintenance department targets and KPI's. Develop and review the assets maintenance strategy, programs, and directions in compliance with vendor recommendations, codes and standards, and best practice to ensure effective maintenance activities and optimum asset life cycle cost. Prepare the equipment for testing with variant checkups list (check oil level, fixation, alignment, etc.) and testing equipment during start up and commissioning. Specify types of oils and grease and their equivalents for equipment and ensure the execution of the greasing schedule for all the factory equipment's.
Troubleshooting various maintenance problems during the operation by making the necessary diagnostic tests, measurements and analyses to decrease the downtime. Implement and develop the plan and time schedule for maintenance action plans with strictly adherence task priority for the execution during shutdown to achieve maintenance targets and KPI's. Manage the annual budget for the maintenance section Using Oracle system to prepare a list of recommended Spare parts / lubricants / grease/ etc. required for equipment safe operations and maintenance. Raise purchase requisitions and periodic review inventory list of spare parts stock with following up delivery upon purchase order. Directly Supervise the Outsourcing Maintenance Service Providers ensuring that approved engineering standards are applied. Communicate with vendors of the equipment's to investigate the problems and incidents, cooperate with vendors, suppliers and procurement department to get the quotation of the recommended spare parts.
