• Reviewing and auditing all financial transactions, documents & trial balance then prepare prepayment schedules, advances, depreciation & amortization entries.
• Preparing the monthly P\L & cash flow reports with its corresponding financial analysis towards the recognized fluctuations & sustainability in revenues and expenses.
• Follow up the daily deposits in banks and check on it with sales accounts.
• Ensure online timely bank payments since business trends are time sensitive.
• Review the bank operations in the company’s accounts and matching them and preparing bank reconciliations.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, annual closings & their corresponding adjusting entries.
• Prepare the quarterly VAT tax return according to the General Authority of ZAKAT and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Preparing the monthly payroll reports.
• Checking the cost centers periodically and issuing the necessary adjustment entries.
• Prepare the budgeted reports based on the buildup of historical records of expenses and sales then monitor and compare the actual results with management expected plans. • Prepare the necessary matches for the company’s account with external parties’ accounts (Clients or Vendors) that deal with it in different accounts to ensure the correct balances.
• Following up the financial covenant with employees and ensuring that replacements and the correctness of their assets.
• Involving and supervising the financial team members in the preparation schedules for an annual audit to publish financial statements.
• Distributing tasks to finance team members, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for the work achievements to be met.
• Bookkeeping for company’s day-to-day transaction.
• Creating, adjusting & billing all the related customer invoices.
• Applying monthly banks reconciliations.
• Matching customer balances & performing any necessary reconciliation.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Create project accounts in the accounting system
Maintain project-related records, including contracts and change orders.
Review and approve time sheets for work related to a project.
Review and approve supplier invoices.
Bookkeeping of customer’s collection entries while verify that their balances are matched with
their due installments.
Applying monthly banks reconciliations.

Recording customer’s collections to each subsidiary ledger.

Verifies all account postings and balances.
Verifies that room rates are correct and posts those rates to guest accounts
To verify that all transactions performed at the front desk are supported by documentary evidence
and signatures as necessary and that they have been correctly posted and allocated into PMS
system.
Run end of day process in property management software (on Q).
