Assist in maintaining company organization chart and the employee directory.
Perform hiring process by coordinating job posting on different recruitment channels such as Social
Media, LinkedIn, Wuzzuf.com and other recruitment agencies.
Perform resumes screening and compiling, telephone interviews, and one-to-one Interviews.
Conduct new-employee orientation and other new regulations training.
Conduct exit interview to state the reason/s of leaving.
Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements; then proceed addition and
cancellation procedures with the social insurance office.
Keep employees records up-to-date by processing employee’s status changes in timely fashion.
Maintain human resource information system records and compiles personnel situation reports from the
database whenever needed.
Manage medical insurance accounts for all employees and perform addition, cancellation, reimbursement,
and communicate with the medical insurance company’s’ agent for urgent cases and follow up service
usage.
Process personnel action forms and ensures proper approvals; then record and keep.
Perform attendance check and manage employee’s day off, annual, casual, sick leave and other vacation
balance by updating employee’s variables.
Generate performance appraisal forms monthly, send to direct and indirect invigilators of every employee;
then compile and calculate the monthly performance score.
Assist in maintaining budget spreadsheet that includes salaries, payroll taxes, fringe allowances and other
admin expenses.
Assist in preparing the monthly work plan for the whole company, and perform a weekly Inspection on
work completion.
Perform weekly Inspection on all company staff to make sure that nobody is violating the company’s’
corporate culture or company’s’ rules and regulations.
