 Perform hiring process by coordinating job posting on different recruitment channels such as Social

then compile and calculate the monthly performance score.
 Assist in maintaining budget spreadsheet that includes salaries, payroll taxes, fringe allowances and other
admin expenses.
 Assist in preparing the monthly work plan for the whole company, and perform a weekly Inspection on
work completion.
 Perform weekly Inspection on all company staff to make sure that nobody is violating the company’s’
corporate culture or company’s’ rules and regulations.
