• Review engineering specifications, related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures and activities .
• Coordinate and implement quality control objectives, activities, or procedures to resolve production problems, minimize costs .
• Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements including requests for proposal response and industry -specific solution .
• Researching and communicating with prospective customers.
• Regular presentation of products to customers.
• Recommending various improved machinery to customers by showing how these changes and improvements would lower costs and improve performance.
• Sales and Technical Support for "Collaborative Robot Arm" from "Universal Robots".
• Installation & Programming of "Collaborative Robot Arm".
• Sales for "Automation Products" from "Piab".
1. Analysis of repetitive equipment failures.
2. Estimation of maintenance costs and evaluation of alternatives.
3. Forecasting of spare parts.
4. Assessing the needs for equipment replacements and establishing replacement programs when due.
5. Assessing required maintenance tools and skills required for efficient maintenance of equipment
6. Doing electrical & mechanical maintenance for the break down machines.
7. Assessing required skills required for maintenance personnel.
8. Maintenance Activities Planning (Corrective, Preventive and Predictive actions).
9. Providing technical advice to the sales team on all products.
10. Executing field sales activities by ensuring that the operations and the technical support is working in parallel with company sales plans in terms of target achievement and customer’s satisfaction.
11. Customer service excellence to achieve customer satisfaction, by working to resolve complaints, measure the satisfaction level and maintaining it at the satisfied level.
12. Maintaining contact with all customers in the market area to of client satisfaction, handling their new inquires to ensure high levels (acting as the face of the business)
• Maintenance, design and installation of Control Panel Circuits for machines and equipment manufactured by the company
