* Responsible for quality of products ( N.C Paints - Laquers - Surfacers - N.C
Putty - Primers - 1K & 2K Fillers ) .
* Performs qualifications of coating processes.
* Performs visuals inspections adhesion testing.
* Supervision of all tests in Laboratories ( Viscosity - Solid Content - Hardness -
Drying Time - Color Matching - Fineness- ….) .
* Troubleshooting of Coating Process.
* Check and monitor all painting / coating related works and ensure all final
products meet in accordance with company procedure, client requirement and
international codes.
• Make the required analysis for Raw Materials & Prepared Additives Materials |& Finished Products Materials & Drumming Samples
• Ensuring that all results of any materials is within its specification
• Doing all tests required for two plants ( Styrene Acrylic Plant and Poly Vinyl Acetate Plant )
• Making all tests in laboratory ( solid content - viscosity - residual content - PH - GC - MFFT - PS -DM )
• Maintain all analytical equipment calibrated according to the schedule and SOP’s
• Ensuring that the plant Operating Discipline procedures and guidelines meet quality requirements.
• Assume required frequently in process and final analysis for SLES (Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulphate), LABSA (Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulphonic Acid) to ensure maximum quality .
• Making all tests in Laboratory ( acid value - active matter - PH - Klett colour - moisture KF - Free oil - Determination of sodium sulfate - Spectrophotometer DR5000 - Viscosity - Refractive index- conc of sodium hydroxide - conc of citric acid ) .
• Reviews and tests components, raw materials and finished goods to ensure that such products and materials meet corporate quality and safety standards .
• Undertake physical inspection of the packing tanks including (ISO tanks, IBC’s & drums) before loading .
• Maintain all analytical equipment calibrated according to the schedule and SOP’s .
• Undergoes 5S in lab to maintain our scientific instrument calibrated and healthful.
• Ensuring that the plant Operating Discipline procedures and guidelines meet quality requirements.
• Assume required frequently in process and final analysis for
SLES (Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulphate), LABSA (Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulphonic Acid) to ensure maximum quality
