1) Am supervising a team of 5 people: 1 senior chemist, 3 chemists, 1 Asst. chemist.
2) Develop, implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to bring the
Company’s Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system
Requirements.
3) Effectively interact with MR to stablish, update, and revalidate ISO procedure,
Documentation and quality manual.
4) Manage and maintain the Company’s quality control records, documentation,
procedures, inspection, audit reports and product release programs for incoming
Raw materials, Packing materials and in-process batches and components,
Processes and finished goods in both powder section and liquid section to ensure.
The conformity of the product to the company standard.
5) Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated
And that product modifications are investigated if necessary.
6) Designing KPIS for Quality Control.
7) Investigate customer complaints and execute corrective actions and preventive
Actions.
8) Liaising with customers’ auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action
And compliance with customers’ specification.
9) Supporting our customers technically by providing all required information such as technical information.
10) Assessing the product specifications of the company and its suppliers, and
Comparing with customer requirements.
11) Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation.
12) Reviewing receivables, old inventory and slow-moving items on weekly basis with all team members.
13) Attending important global and regional fairs to have meeting with our existing suppliers and trying to find new suppliers.
