1)Develop new customer acquisition and market penetration to expand parts wholesale business and market share.
2) Identify internal / external new market opportunities to expand parts sales business.
3) Update Customer profile update and filed customer coverage in a systematic manner.
4) Prepare the tender estimation and submissions, price negotiations aligned with the parts department policy.
5) Supply Parts as per customer requirement and demand for operation excellence.
6) Collect PO’s & Cash sale payment settlements, and hand over to Finance dept.
7) Supervise& follow up claims, Stock and clearance in allocated operations on regular basis.
8) Monitor competitor activities and market feedback, Propose counter measure actions.
9) Cascade useful information and Perform regular team meetings, Monitor field sales team performance on daily basis, provide weekly sales reports.
10) Attend the duty on time well groomed, Monitor day to day activity of sales team to ensure smooth field sales functions.

Role :
Setting up monthly sales, working in teams, maintaining customer relationship, coordinating with different departments.
Maintaining adequate inventory levels, ensuring future parts availability.
Working with the service department, collision repair shop and wholesale account representatives to ensure inventory is available when needed.
Promoting accessories sales
Communicating with customers and vendors in multi cultural environment.
Conducting huddle meetings and discussing daily sales and monthly budget progress,
Encouraging subordinates for taking initiative in proactive sales of parts and accessories.
