Participate in formulating HR strategy and annual plan to ensure establishing and implementing organization development projects needed to achieve the company strategy.
Participate and implement Organization Development annual plan & budget with all development projects and results to assure alignment with HR plan and strategy.
Handle recruitment requests of managerial and mid-level managerial
Lead the development and the implementation of HR policies and procedures in order to ensure that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled,
Creating job analysis for all existed jobs and job description,
Create the annual training needs analysis (TNA), training plan, and coordinate the training process,
Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity, and recommend needed changes.

• Administered policies and programs relating to all phases of human resources activity including HR recruitment, training and development, employee performance evaluation and appraisals etc.
• Maintains personnel files and keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion.
• Prepares paperwork required to place employee on payroll. Responsible for all the required forms and reports to be communicated to the social insurance (Form 1, Form 6).
