Carry out the functions of the PRO of labor recruitment and dealing with government departments and the issuing of visas and residency, permits follow-up and renewal of
business licenses and leases
Representation of the company in foreign transactions
Budgeting for expenses of the company
Responsible for all bank movements and bank reconciliations.
Responsible for all trade ins and outs Responsible for all daily transactions (recording, reviewing and comparing to different budgets.)
Manage AP, AR, GL, Payroll and petty cash
Providing and interpreting financial information
Follow up with suppliers/relevant internal stakeholders on rejected invoices
Weekly payment runs and booking of payments
Responsible for month end closing while performing all tasks and not limited to Intercompany Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliations, Payroll reconciliation, accrual calculations, bad debts etc.
Registration and Implementation of VAT
Preparation of reports for External Audit requirements
Follow up on audit recommendations and action plans to meet auditor requirements on a timely and qualitative basis.
