Handle & visit a list of accounts in related region on a regular basis.
Seek and probe proactively for potential growth, potential threats, business opportunities.
Enhance the sales within the list/market segment by promoting new solutions & introducing
new products to related customers.
Assure achieving Sales target per Orange Shop with proper sales mix of products
Supervise the hiring and recruitment of right candidates to ensure the high level of service in
coordination with orange partners HR teams.
Ongoing coaching & developing for the Shops staff to ensure the implementation of Orange
Sales Techniques and enrich the level of knowledge.
Plan the team work in order to achieve assigned sales targets.
Keep the daily operations flowing smoothly.
Provide support direction and assistance to the staff.
Handle the escalated customer complaints.
Monitor team performance.
Report to direct manager all practices and operations suggesting solutions for existing problems.
Coach team members.

• Handle the customer centers administrative work (time sheet - staff - schedules .. etc.)
