• Revenue accounting, collection and recording, sales commission recording, Premium Recording & Payments and Discounts Recording
• Payables management
• Accounting including salaries, commission on sales and allowances
• Recording the provisions and prepayments including annual tickets, EOS, rent and depreciation
• Preparation of reconciliations including bank, corporate clients, insurance companies and intercompany.
• Prepare schedule and control the PDCs (Postdated cheques)
• Preparing month end closing entries

• Record all departmental expense reports
• Assist in prepare bank reconciliations
• Assist with fringe benefit analysis
• Assist with the monthly accounting close
• Assist with special projects which may arise
• Prepare monthly sales reports
• Prepare daily deposits of sales receipts
• Communicate with ticket managers and other employees on sales systems
• Prepare recovery vouchers
• Compile monthly reports Investigate and collect returned items
• Maintain returned check account
