- Lead, in collaboration with the Project Management Team and leading other Project
Planning & Control professionals in the creation, implementation and updating of product,
project and program schedules.
- Ensure that schedules are developed in accordance with good practice and approved
planning rules, identifying critical path activities and dependencies.
- Review baselines, updates, and all XER files are as per planning standards.
- Follow regular update drumbeats and communicate schedule impacts and proposing
corrective actions to applicable stakeholders
- Review weekly, and monthly progress reports about the projects and provide input to
Controls Director.
- Carry out regular Schedule Assessments across the Complex Systems & Support portfolio of
projects.
- Utilizing Earned Value Management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance
variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.
- Prepare Monthly Planning Presentations and reports.2
- Preparing and Applying Projects Claim (EOT)
- Attend All Clients Meeting, and Check Their Requirements
- Assist Sr. Planner & Project Planners to Achieve the Optimum Requirements
- Following up on Projects Budget and Prepare a Monthly Budget Report and Dashboard.
- Preparing Master integrated schedule for the project.
- Updating the schedule on weekly basis to be reported to the project owner
- Following up all project activities on daily basis to reflect the progress percentage into the
Master schedule.
- Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure
the delivery/completion of the project work.
- Preparing cash flow and manpower histogram
- Following up on Projects Budget and Prepare a Monthly Budget Report and Dashboard.
- Preparing Master integrated schedule for the project.
