outsourced/in-house projects all in compliance with the project scope of work; the NGHA policies &

projects based on organizational goals, Identify risks, facilitate conflict resolution, establish
performance indicators (KPIs), and conduct project audits. and Provide coaching, mentoring, and

• Manage a team of engineers and more than 80 skilled and non-skilled technicians.

the project completed with Less duration and within the scope of work
• I was a Project manager For renovation of CSSD at Hospital from 2015to 2018 this project was huge
project including Sterilizing system, Cart washer and washers in critical zone at the hospital and this
project completed on time without effecting the operation of the hospital.
• I was a PM for NGHA Investment projects like BON Café, Subway, ANB Bank and United pharmacy.
• I was a Project Manager for the project of College of Medicine building at Jeddah from 01/05/2010
2011 and the project completed with Less duration and within the scope of work

I was a Mall Manager & Facility Manager at Zahid Company Eight years in Controlling and administrating
the project (La- Promenade II Mall) from start of Building Construction, Commissioning, and Hand over
and Maintenance of the Building and Equipment.
 I was a Maintenance in-Charge for all the shops in the kingdom and manage the maintenance team .The
maintenance work is concentrated on maintaining running equipment such as HVAC System, Water
Distribution System, Tel. System, Electrical System, Fire System and Overhauling
 My job was also specialized in creating IPP (Internal Policy & Procedure), APP (Administrative
Policy & Procedures), Maintenance Procedures, Safety & Security Procedures, Commissioning
Procedures for the tenants.
 Also I was a Project Manager for any new projects of the company like the three biggest projects in
the company Lifestyles Café with the area 228 M2 and with 1.856.000 SR worth of hand experience
on PM and Life styles In Red Sea Mall with area 1200 M2 and with 1.900.000 SR worth of hand
experience on PM and three shops in Rashed Mall in Al- Khopar and with 1.126.000 SR worth of
hand experience on PM through follow-up the contracts and attendance the sites until receipt the sites
at the time specified in the contract and in the same specifications as mention in the contract.

I was worked in Jeddah Municipality at support services of crisis management as a Quality Engineer
and I was daily analyze the number of dengue fever cases and locate the injury to control and compared
with the effect of heat and humidity. And make technical reports and presented to senior management.
Also we use KPI (Key Performance Indicator) to meager the performance of the contractor for all the
projects.

Worked as a Maintenance Supervisor supervising several sites, of more than 20 technicians from
different professions and nationalities.
