*Lead and execute operation excellence plans within Africa region by switching capability improvement, debottlenecking to increase capacity and address underperforming assets/process
*Execute journey to world class and lean management within Africa region by focusing on Accelerating Continuous Improvement (ACI).
*Execute operation cost management and logistics improvements
*Participate in defining strategy for Ports/Silos in EMEA region
*Implement ports/silos plan for Strategic, Core & Streamline assets to consistently meet pre-defined KPI

INNOVATE, GROW & SUSTAINABILITY
*Develop, execute and sustain added value solutions projects
*Support projects development related to energy resilience that lowers the impact of higher energy prices and reduce energy consumption
*Participate in redefine strategy for the fast-growing countries in Africa

MODERNIZE & DIGITIZE
*Initiate and implement digital solution for Ports/Silos operations
*Initiate and implement data-driven modernization and smart operation
*Participate in Integration Business Plan (IBP) for Ports/Silos operations
*Implement Smart Operation & Plant of the Future roadmap

LEAD WITH CUSTOMERS
*Build trusted relationships with strategic customers and embed process to listen to customers and turn customer insights and complains into solutions that matter to them
