- Direct responsibility for the ESP DH equepment & cable testing and service center work flow and lead team of two service center technicians.
- Participate in DIFA Prosses and serface equpment prepration along with workshop team.
- Distributes and priorities the daily work between workshop technicians (Dismantle and all testing).
- Builds up the workshop stock.
- Raises Bill of Materials “BOM”.
- Responsible for quality assurance for Motors, Motor Seals, Cables and pumps.
- Provides technical support in the workshop.
- Acts as Automation Engineer for calibration and maintenance for testing systems.
- Raises Non Conformance Report “NCR” in the workshop.
- Responsible for corrective & preventive actions for NCR.
- Certified as a First Airder.

- Direct responsibility Lead a team of six machinists and QC technicians.
- Update/upgrade workflow quality forms.
- Held on job training for QC team and assembly team.
- Improve a calibration plan for all workshop measurement tools and devices with internal/third-party.
- Work as a team member in Technical internal Auditing.
- Move/relocation/layout machine-shop and quality.
- Upgrade/maintain workshop machines and tools.
- Assembly/dismantle workshop quality improve analysis problem/solution.
- QC inspection, machining and Dismantling training course at BHge faculty in UAE.
- Increase the work shop flexibly, profitability and eliminate the scribed material by reuse and fabricate from old or damaged shafts (Pump) using hobbing machine (shaft sprain machine) with a very high standard.
- Purchase new tools for assembly/dismantle
/machine-shop to meet BHge standards.
- Give a mechanical support in PCP issues.
- Fabricate/upgrade cable spooler machines.
- Fabricate and modify on shroud design to be done with good quality and lowest cost.
- Plane for increase the profitability of the stock and production by reuse the scraped pump housings by resize and make a new threading started by third-party machine shop with very high standard receiving inspection then Purchase and onsite inspect a hollow spindle lathe machine from Knuth-Germany to start fabricating housing threading in TAM facility to enhance machining ability and profitability with budget 1M EGP.

- Start new QMS for Egypt facility.
- Fundamentals of ESP course at APC-Egypt.
- Held HSE courses.
- Firefighting course.
- QC and production training course at western submergible pumps (WSP)-KSA covered: (Material incoming inspection process- Motor and stator manufacturing- Motor lead Extension (MLE) manufacturing- ESP pre-manufacturing machining process, different ESP Equipment manufacturing and acceptance criteria according to WSP standers).
- Help WSP-KSA facility to achieve good results in HSE audit from Aramco.
- Pull-out and installation field visit (Auditing).

- ESP down hole equipment Assembly and repair courses \[motor (standard, dominator and Maximus)-protector (modular, Maximus and advance) - intake -gas separator-advanced gas handler (AGH) - Poseidon-pump (floater, compression)\].
- QA/QC technical/ENG: testing, inspection, calibration, monitoring and Dismantle inspection and failure analysis (DIFA).
