1- Co-Operate with ARINC team for supporting and solving level 3 problems for AMS & ADS products (CUTE, CUSS, AODB, BRS, FIDS, LDCS & ARMS).
2- Co-Operate with ARINC team for make and test plans for update / upgrade ARINC systems.
3- Responsible for making periodic site technical reports.
4- Manage On-site team assigned for supporting airport 24/7/365.
1- Supporting network & control performance problems & troubleshooting using the company’s global-Network Management system tools Like HP Open View& Cisco works. By implementing policies and creating custom events plus assisting other network control centers.
2- Experience in installation & administration of Windows Server 2003 Domain Controllers, Active Directory Design & Architecture, and File/Print/Database Servers.
3- Making sure all the NMS systems is fully updated by proper follow-up.
4- Responsible for managing, administrating, supporting and maintaining all ARINC AMS& ADS products (CUTE, CUSS, AODB, BRS, FIDS, LDCS & ARMS) In Cairo Airport TB3 in Egypt 24/7/365 to ensure maximum efficiency.
1- Coordinate hardware and software installations and upgrades to ensure work is performed in accordance with company policy. Recommends resolutions to complex matters of significance and coordinate the implementation of the approved course of action.
2- Coordinate and monitor troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common system problems: document system events to ensure continuous functioning. Recommend course of action and implement as approved.
3- Building solution for desktop users as whole package of antivirus firewall preconfigured ant spy ware and ad ware protection worms detection and removal tools.
4- Diagnose software defects and perform validation and testing.
