 Manage projects Consultants & Contractors performance to achieve the projects targeted Schedule, Quality within the Budget through all project Stages from conceptual design till implementation & commissioning.
 Review & approve all pre-tender & tender drawings/documents submission.
 Initiate -in house- Cost estimation & Budgeting. Achieve 10% cost reduction.
 Conduct a comprehensive strategic planning, Visibility study & Risk assessment.
 Value Engineering; Reduce of Sellable areas cost 25%
 Screening the qualification & financial aspects of the bidders to award the project.
 Preparing the conditions of contract, terms -FIDIC based- & confirming the scope & the obligations of the consultants & contractors.
