Nature of work:-
Supervising the construction, commissioning and start-up I have followed construction,
supervising and make field changes necessary to improve or correct design errors or
omission. I am also an active participant in Installation of panels and wiring. panel
shifting, HT bus bar line rising, LV room cable laying Glanding termination, substation
earthlings and lightening protection. G.I. Conduits, Cable dressing. Ht & Lt panel
installation, cable laying and termination, panel control from wiring, G.I. & PVC conduit
installation. Troubleshoots repairs and maintains electrical distribution system
including electric motor. Electric controls.
●Heavily involved in all construction works and handle the menpower as per project
requirement, such as instrument foreman, technician, fitter, electrician etc, and
reporting to the incharge for the job concern.
●Performed a lead role of the entire team by creating the friendly work environment.
●Responsible for work permit issuance and closing as per work duration.
●Responsible for Plan the work execution and have safety talk before going to site.
●Responsible for assign the work schedule to each technician by having brief discussion
regarding the scope of work to be performed.
●Responsible for assist the technicians while performing the jobs if required or
observed during work.
●Responsible for Prepare material request and withdraw the material from store as
requirement.
●Responsible for required technical discussion with site engineer for troubleshooting
and other work related issues.
●Responsible for Monitor the safety aspect and be present with technician for the
critical work.
● Installation commissioning and working experience of PLC for pump auto operation.
● Able to read PLC ladder logics and process instrument drawings.
●Installation and commissioning, testing experience of electrical & instrumentation
system at variety of plant.
●Self motivated and Can do work in any circumstances.
●Execution of Projects in accordance to Schedule.
●Supervision of, Erection, Commissioning of Field Instruments & Control
Panels
●Panel erection in the control room and cable glanding, wire termination as per
drawing.
●Panel wiring and relay logic checking in control room.
●Troubleshooting and rectification with minimum down time
●Serve as day to day interface with contractor electrical & instrumentation craft labour
providing a focus on safety and quality.
●Ensure that procedures and processes are understood and followed by the
construction personnel.
●Monitor and ensure compliance with specification, procedures, and plans.
●Provide on site knowledge of project specific instrumentation installation
requirements Interface with QA/QC personnel to schedule verify arrival of procured
equipment and engineering equipment
●Implement field surveillance plans
●Participate in on site Risk Assessments and development
●Monitor site condition/readiness record data for inclusion of “lessons learned”
●Record data for inclusion in the preparation of close-out report
●Laying of internal earthing, power, signal and field cables as per schedule
●Testing & Termination of all cables
●Installation of cabinets and consoles
●Jb’s (junction boxes)installation as per given typical drawing
●Underground cable laying as per cable trench layout.
●Aboveground conduiting and cable laying as per conduit layout.
●Instrument location finalization as per instrument location plan.
●Instrument mountings as per construction drawing.
●Also training of personnel & guiding subcontractors.
●Also responsible for checking verifying, reviewing the construction drawing covering
●Coordination with the client to final acceptance of plant hand over.
