5. Supervise and deploy manpower and give instruction for each category prepare weekly invoice.
1. Record data for daily process, prepare daily quality reports.
2. Deliver all related documents and records.
3. Review company specifications, drawings, method statement, QC procedures and inspection.
4. Post concrete inspection- check form work removal, curing, checks for honey comb or cracks.
5. Measure dimensions and verify level, alignment, elevation of structure and fixtures to ensure compliance to building plans and codes.
6. Inspect and monitor construction sites to ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes and specifications
1. Supervising tendering procedures and putting together proposals;
2. Managing, supervising and visiting contractors on site and advising on civil engineering issues
3. Check weekly accomplishment reports and monthly billing or invoice (B.O.Q.) of the contractor.
4. Reviewing and approving project drawings;
5. Conduct inspection and signing the request for inspection (RFI).
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering experienced within both quality and site supervision and key building projects with progressive experience in medium rise building, commercial building, Residential Building, Government office building, Highway & Infrastructure, irrigation canal and Quality Control / Quality Assurance Inspection for civil / structural, Architectural, soil and other airport external works, Documentations of CIT's,, commissioning in airport drainage, proficient of Auto CAD with Micro soft office word, excel, outlook and Oracle
