Deliver the Contractors Management program whilst driving and coaching the CM process toward delivering safe and effective Contractor Management. Custodian of the Regional auditing program, establishing a robust line of communications whilst working closely with contractors, ensuring oversight of company internal systems and processes to ensure that contractors' HSSE areas are managed efficiently. 17-year experience in Behavioural Safety, developing and implementing BS tools and programs, coaching and training staff in behavioural Safety. Track record in Safety Culture survey projects conducted with BP and Contractors employees, bringing great value to improvement of company performance with demonstration of positive culture and behaviours.
Have 17-year experience as a Behavioural Safety Coach, Human Factor & Safety Culture Specialist with an excellent track record in the Health, Safety and Environmental areas in multinational oil company.
• Implementing world class Safety Culture and Leadership Program in BP across 3 countries which resulted, amongst other things, in:
- Reduction of incidents rates
- Increase efficiency of the operation
- Rationalizing of the operational expenses and reduction of costs (without affecting safe performance and quality)
- Employees engagement in Safety
- Improved and enhanced Management/Workforce interaction
- Dealt successfully with “blocked” issues
• Acting as Behavioural-based Safety Lead for the AGT Region since 2001 having trained more than 3500 BP and Contractor employees in STOP, ASA, BOSS, SOC and coached hundreds of SOC users in quality Safety Observation and Conversations program implementation
• Leading implementation of a unified approach to Human Factors across the whole Business through Human Reliability, Human Error Assessment and Prevention and Fatigue management.
I was a lecturer at the State University teaching English Grammar and Phraseology from 1974 up to 2003. Similtaneously was a lecturer at the Turkish University "Qafqaz" from 1992 to 1996.
Have published 12 books and methodology devices for teachers, more than 30 articles on the subject.
