1. Ensure the Health, Safety of employees, properties and environment.
2. Preparation of Site Safety Induction documents & Provision of Safety Orientation for the staff.
3. Ensure the Tool Box Talk, Training for the employees.
4. Reporting of Incident and Accidents to the Project manager and Department manager.
5. Inspection of Firefighting equipment’s, heavy vehicle status & safety measures.
6. Conducting the Safety Committee meeting & Safety Monitoring audit.
7. Maintains awareness of active and developing situations.
8. Ensure the PPE’s as per the work requirement.
9. Analyze the work activities and hazards in the work place.
10. Coordinate with Div. /Project Manager for the effective implementation of H&S Section of the company’s Integrated Management System in the Division/Project.
11. Participate in planning meeting to identify any health and safety concern inherent in the operations daily.
12. Ensure Fire prevention systems in the site.
13. Review the incident and accidents and ensure the new safety precaution after analysis the incidents. 14. Sufficient Safety instruction and suggestion are providing to the supervisors & foreman.
15. Implementation of new formats such as Checklist, Reports etc.
1. Ensure the safe working place.
2. Ensure the safe waste management facilities in the factory.
3. Coordination with the Food Safety Control Board and maintain the sufficient hygiene while making the food stuffs.
4. Ensure the maintenance work for machineries & coordinate with the supplier for regular maintenance.
5. Coordination with store department for stacking of materials in a proper manner.
6. Maintain the attendance in the factory for ensuring the work place illnesses.
7. Ensure the security systems such us camera, visual inspection & controlling the security employees.
8. Ensure the employees health & safety while doing manual handling & work at height activities.
9. Ensure the sufficient Hygiene at premises of the factory.
1. Ensure the public safety.
2. Coordinating with the construction team to fix the barriers.
3. Ensure the Health and safety of the employees and moreover assuring the environmental hazards. 4. Supervising the site activities to avoid the safety issues.
5. Underground utilities detection and its documentation works before doing any excavation activities.
6. Providing the First aid. Daily reporting of safety related issues to management.
7. Coordination with consultant for the site works.
• Implementing safety measures and effective strategies to reduce risks. • Fire Alarm Installation. • Ensure proper housekeeping at job site. • Prevention/Protection system, Confined Space, Excavation, Scaffolding, Crane and Mock Drill. • Fire Fighting/ Prevention. • Monitoring, Maintaining and Inspecting PPE’S (PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT) and FIRE Extinguishers AS per requirements. • Installation & Design of Hydrant System • Carrying out “JOB SAFETY ANALYSIS”, “RISK ASSESSMENT” for work activities. • Emergency Action Plan. • Audit local area OHS compliance with regard to risk, emergency and hazardous waste management. • Develop injury and incident prevention strategies for their area. • Report and investigate incidents, Injuries and Hazards and implement agreed control measures.
