Worked here as a medical houseofficer in a teaching hospital with diverse specialties and sub-specialties, doing rotations in Surgery (ENT/general Surgery/Neuro surgery), Medicine (ALS, Gastroenterology, Accident & Emergency), Pediatrics (Neonatal unit, Children emergency ward and Pediatric ward, OBYS & GYNAE (Antenatal unit, Labour Ward, Maternity ward, gynae ward).

I attended to first hand emergency cases at the children emergency ward, (CHEW) clerking, examining patients before referring to Senior Medical officer.
I also attended to inborn and outborn neonates at the Neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).
Alsos manned CALL DUTIES at the Pediatric Ward, with daily followup with patients on admission which involved (clerking, physical examinations, plebotomy for lab investigations, setting up IV cannula access, administering Intravenous drugs and infusuion e.t.c)
I did CALL DUTIES for 3-4 times a week.
