Improved billing and CRM systems through the development, implementation, and review of billing and CRM
policies and procedures.
Enable the configuration programming of customer bills, as well as prepare and amend bill template by
performing maintenance of system. Devise and execute billing strategies from design to delivery of bills
and employ strategic business plans and processes to ensure operation of collection process. Collaborate
with other operators for wholesale services to accomplish service standards. Arrange and manage
monthly meetings with other departments’ manager, such as finance, IT, pre-sales, sales, and customer
care to examine gaps and billing needs. Scan, process, and achieve all 10-year orders forms in one year
2016. Generate and submit report to update senior management on bill cycles and deliver required
finance data.
Key Contributions:
 Successfully accomplished 96% of 2017 KPIs by completing tasks according to SLAs.
 Integrated billing and process of Kalaam and Lightspeed in 2015 without disturbing daily activities.
 Attained employee of the year awards in 2017, 2015, and 2014 through excellent performance.
 Ensured accurate delivery of all requested projects/initiatives within time and according to SLA.
