Secretarial and administrative support:
Provide a full secretarial and administrative support service to the CEO.
Maintain the diary and arrange appointment or meetings required by the CEO as necessary and receive visitors to the office.
Type reports and routine correspondence from dictation or written sources.
Screen and respond to all incoming telephone calls and take action as appropriate.
Maintain the office filing system.
Review and organize internal reports received from other departments and submit them to the CEO.
IATA follow-up for tourism companies.
Payroll coordinator:
Monitor attendance records that affect payroll.
Check payroll information for accuracy.
Coordinating about the movements in the payroll, such as finalizing contracts and new appointments.
Update employee data and make wage adjustments.
Dealing with expenses such as insurance fees or paid vacations.
Recruiter:
Writing a job advertisement.
Receiving the CVs of the applicants.
Filter between resumes and choose the most suitable.
Communicating with applicants and setting dates for personal interviews.
Conduct preliminary interviews with applicants.
Receiving, reviewing and keeping applicants' papers.
