Leading HR next year plan with top management to set BU targets in recruitment, compensation, training & development budget, talent management, and setting succession plan for key positions
Managed to implement company internal policy and Saudi labor law in all aspects and become reference point and member in the HR committee
Monitor and assist in implementing employee-related services through Oracle system, include communicating with central departments such as, personnel, legal, payroll, accounting and OTL
Responsible for employee's career path by monitor outcomes, level of performance, education and achieving position targets & KPIs
Leading onboarding and offboarding processes, including exit-interviews, and facilitating end-to-end process for local and international moves
