Preparing project proposals, workshops and development plans that respond to global housing issues and inline with international frameworks.
• Conceptual design discussing the objectives, requirements and budget of a project.
• Preparing and presenting presentations and design proposals to the client.
• Producing layouts, detailed workings drawings, specifications and 3D views.
• Using computer-aided design software; (Autocad, Sketch up, 3D Max, Photoshop and Microsoft office).
• Coordinate with other professionals, such as contractors, architects, engineers and site visits when required and client meetings.
• Keeping within financial budgets and deadlines.
• preparing Quotations and bills of quantities.
OFFICE TOWERS PROJECT,
preforming the following duties:
• Site architect, Shop drawings, Design adjustments, Detail
drawings, construction documents, as-built drawings and bills of quantities.
Part of Planning & studies department team working on the following :
Architecture design for large scale projects (residential complex, waterfront and apart-hotel).
DIFAF CITY PROJECT
• Working Drawing: Towers' drawings ( master plans, sections & details and elevations), landscape design & site treatment,
mosque design and referencing & labeling.
WATERFRONT PROJECT
• Landscape design visualization(3D modeling), Main restaurant building and commercial outlets design using CAD softwares (plans, section, elevations, 3D modeling & rendering)
LITTLE SUDAN PARK PROJECT
• Data collection & Report writing.
• Landscape design drawings.
• Main building design (2D & 3D drawings)
• Preparing presentation for clients.
AFRA MALL EXTENSION PROJECT
Preparing design & drawing sheets (Plans, sections, elevations, details).
MOHAMMED NAJEEB RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX
Preparing reports, Design Concept & proposals (master plan, unit plans).
Prepared in cooperation with SUPC the final workshop project titled "Revitalization of Al Nasserya Neighborhood".
