•Report to Rig Manager ( offshore )
•Working as an Assistant Rig manager during the Working Period ( 28 Working Days / 12 Working hours Daily)
•Working as a team leader.
•Insure to implement the safety regulations on the rig
•Ability to work under pressure and to finish the duties on the deadlines.
•Follow up the work procedure.
•Prepare the daily reports.
•Insure to Maintain & save the Drilling Equipment.
•Have excellent organizational skills, able to communicate and listen equally well and capable of working quickly with an eye for detail.
•able to work well with others in order to develop a good crew, capable of working efficiently together.
•Besides supervising the drilling crew, also responsible for operating the drilling and hoisting equipment on the rig deck.
•responsible for ensuring that all new and existing rig personnel are aware of the required safety measures on the rig, and follow them to the letter.
•Regular safety meetings are held to make sure that these rules are closely monitored and followed
Regular safety drills, such as blow out prevention measures, are scheduled and carried out by the driller and all rig personnel.
Job Responsibilities :
- getting the work on the rig done safely, efficiently and within the regulations set down by government & the company.
- having excellent organizational skills, able to communicate and listen equally well and be capable of working quickly with an eye for detail.
- Besides supervising the drilling team, having the responsibility for operating the drilling and hoisting equipment on the rig deck.
- attending Regular safety meetings to make sure that these rules are closely monitored and followed.
-Supervise and coordinate drilling, completion and work over operations through consultation with the team head
