Monitoring central warehouse and logistic reports & Products analysis such as a sale, product aging, near expiry reports and Food and KG reports etc.
•Coordination with all suppliers and logistic services to ensure all product availability.
•Inventory Evaluation, new Product Development Coordination, and food & paper summary and proceed the projected order.
•Analyses spend and other data to identify negotiate and execute cost-savings, cost-avoidance, risk mitigation and portfolio optimization opportunities.
•Lead and build relationships with suppliers with a focus on development of capabilities, pricing stability, and anticipation of supply disruptions.
•Develop integrated purchasing strategies to support goals and objectives
•Conduct weekly meeting with operations and marketing for product launches and discus about risky & solution for all promotions and balance the inventory as standard
Managing sales-keep track to stock and moving items- opening new markets and contracting with new dealers to expand the range of our work scope. Solving all customers and dealers problems. Launching campaigns in the central region to raise sales. Managing after sales services (workshops)
