receiving the product from production line, storing it, then do sandblasting, curing and
repairing, and then deliver on special type of trailer for the load
Build and develop an integrated procurement system includes the processes and procedures,
that the organization uses to select, assess, and contract with suppliers to ensure that the
organization gets the best value for its money when buying goods or services and to insure that
will be fully utilized.
Establish a quality control management system to manage a relationship between
quality control department, production department and sales department to improve the
quality of all products. by building an integrated control system from the beginning of receipt
row materials and send to machine shop that contains a lathe machine, shearing, bending &
rolling machines and start fabrication then send to painting department then to mechanical and
electrical department even deliver to the customer
Coordinate with all department concerns, ensuring the production and manufacturing of
world class quality standard at optimal cost of various products such as water tanks,
diesel tanks, Cement bulker tanks, mud tanks, vacuum tanks, flat beds, low beds, load
king, extendable high bed and dump truck trailers.
