. I was assigned to this newly established JV as Finance Manager responsible for all the financial and compliance activities and support the top management & the BOD in taking the right decisions.
I have been involved in various activities including assigning the proper COA & setting up the policies and procedures to have the proper internal controls financial management. so far I have been able to establish and achieve positive impact on the organization and hopping I will assist further to grow.

finance support Manager, this role is responsible to Manage & lead team that follows up day by day Cash level ( Receivables, Payables, Money Collections ), Cash flow forecast, preparing annual budget for cash forecast & treasury team expenses, ensure controls in finance department with compliance to GAAP & assist in setting controls in company overall, manage our relationship & ensuring getting best rates, services & products with banks, Manage bank reconciliations on daily basis to be updated matched with general ledger & responsible for all the daily banks operations ( LCs, LGs, Collections, …etc),
2005 - 2009 • Bachelor in Accounting from Applied Science University GPA of 70%. • Course in SAP consultant training in India for finance module. • Course in CMA in Riyadh (Kawader institution) attempting to obtain the CMA.
