Here I was allowed to do all what I've learned in the past work l've experienced, I solely manged the workforce administration, Scheduling, operation, reporting and forecasting the whole of Virgin & FRiENDi Member Care Departments, I was also at one time appointed as a new media team leader.
Got through a completely new field for my experience, was excited as always to learn and improve. Worked as a workforce administration, operation, scheduling, reporting, forcasting, mangaging over 160 employees in two different offices.
Got deeply into the fiber optic working and maintenance techniques. I had to learn a lot of new info out of my specialty to keep up with fast-paced workflow. I've learned enough to upgrade myself into a leader during these short 9 month.
Gained experience by listening to and interesting with all sorts of people. was responsible for diagnosis, troubleshooting issues and upselling products.
