Lead a team of account managers that handle all premium corporate customers’ accounts, to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve department targets and objectives.
•Plan and organize daily floor service level work plan to avoid losing service level, excessive workload & ensure customer satisfaction.
•Manage Daily operation work handling direct and indirect customer complaints, & communicate updates to the team to avoid revenue loss ensuring customer satisfaction and adhere to

•Determine offer Gaps and close it by preparing monthly analysis
•Reporting & monitoring all accounts accepted Etisalat offers to make sure of provided offer consistency
Act as the primary point of contact with corporate sales team & top corporate accounts.
•Implement high quality standards of
Schedule monthly meeting with accounts SPOCs (according to account segment) to ensure account satisfaction.
•Handling billing inquiries and complains.
•Tracking of customer’s requests/complaints in all available forms, hard and/or soft.
•Promote Etisalat value through adding services to accounts SPOCs.
•Updating the database with modifications upon customer’s requests.
