Succeeding in reducing the operational cost such as Warehouses, Marketing &
purchasing and retails shop rent up to 50% .
• Creating a credit control department to increase the collection percentage up to
70% from the market .
• Reducing the interest on the loans and help to pay off the exciting loans to be
able to take new loans . .
• Increasing control on the finance challenges.
• Creating a budget & Forecasting for each department .

Responsible for monthly closing books, consolidation, Balance sheet reconciliation
and reporting the same to holding company.
• Ensure that Franchise Royalties are correctly reported and calculated.
• Perform any other duties as delegated by the CFO.
• Handling tax, Zakat and GOSI issues.
• Controlling and approving the operational expenses.
• Monitoring and auditing branches transactions
• Monitoring cash flow
• Handled internal audit process including preparation of year end and interim financial
statements
• Stock control - Periodic stock take to ensure inventory is controlled and wastage is
reduced
• Cash control: Monitoring daily cash deposits, credit card receipts and reconciliation
of the same.
