2008-present
Chief of the operation team in the big silicon rectifiers station ( 450 vdc - 210 ka) which used in the
aluminium production industry
- apply the quality management system iso 9001 in the operation of big silicon rectifiers station
- flow the lows and instructions of the company
- supervise the operation parameters used to feed the dc power and ac power to the different loads ( production units )
- share the maintenance teem to make the Plan maintenance time schedule (monthly, yearly ) for the silicon rectifiers units
And all electrical parts of the station like ( ups, chargers, computers, remote and local control ) .
- supervise the applying the OHSAS 18001 system on the station for the operators and instruments
- Job training for technician
- help the maintenance engineers and the power station control system on other place in the company


2003-2008
Chief of electrical maintenance unit
-Plan maintenance time schedule (monthly, yearly ) for electrical and electronic instruments and valves actuators.
-Plan the time schedule for calibration (transmitters, pressure switches, and temperature switches)
-Determine the yearly needs for electrical, electronic, electro-mechanic and electro-pneumatic spare parts .
-finding and search for spare parts using the internet
-Maintenance of the advanced control system used in the big silicon rectifiers stations which used in the
aluminium production industry ( HPC-IEC controller and SCADA provided by AREVA )
-Design the equivalent circuits of damaged PLC system using relays systems for BABCOCK burner management system
-Computer integration (hardware integration & software installation
-Job training for technician .


1996-2003
I&C Engineer in Aluminium Company Of Egypt in the steam power station responsible for the following :
- installation and calibration of transmitters of all kinds pressure, temperature switches and
thermocouples .
- PLC’s software application design & configuration. (Telemechanique TSX 47410 , Alespa 80-35 from CEGELEC )
- COGITO 5 applications design and configuration.
- Use the Logic diagram to diagnose faults in control system. And make some control circuits using
Relays and Timers
- Design the database forms for all parts of the spare parts in the station .
- Calibration of the transmitter's using database of DCS system .


1994-1996
I&C Engineer in the Rice marketing Co. Macaroni Factory which address is (EGYPT -SOHAGE - TEMA CITY -ELAGANA village) - number of workers about 50 workers - and responsible for the following :
- Use the Logic diagram to diagnose faults in control system ( Relay system ).
- Calibration and programming of backing & Weight machine..
