o Scope of work: construction and electro mechanical works packages & Finishing.
o Project description: the project is located in sheikh, Kuwait city
o The building contains of 2 basement floor 12, 500m2 each, the basements usage are work shop area
o The ground floor is 12, 500 m2 as showroom & office.
o The first floors as showroom.
o Used cars scissors lift
o Panoramic lift
o All the face glass (spider system )

Job description and Duties:
o Technical Responsibilities:
• Design review of drawings (tender and construction drawings)
• Coordinate between construction work and other disciplines.
• Trouble shooter for construction technical problems (conflict between construction works and other kind of works)
• Prepare procurement plan(material, equipments)
• Review Shop Drawings’ for construction works.
• Prepare and issuing reports(quality, safety, progress)
o Managerial Responsibilities:
• Define and put the work plan (strategy to execute the activities on site).
• Supervise work plan implementation.
• Attend meetings with consultant and clients.
• Assign resources (manpower, material and equipments).
• Follow up time schedule.
• Review invoices and budget control.
o Site responsibilities:
o Supervise team members’ work on site.
o Supervise and monitor work schedule, safety and work quality.
o Follow up logistics plan implementation on site(cranes, foremen, labors and material)
o Evaluate and define suitable construction
