I have two roles:
Maintenance management:
-Planning the workshop operations and assigning Maintenance tasks to technicians and engineers.
-Following up, supervising, and motivating the team to work together toward achieving company goals.
-Monitor the team performance to maximize productivity and improve it by implementing training sessions.
-Sharing my strong technical skills to find the best solution for technical problematic situations.
-Keep quality assurance, delivery on time, maintain delivery requests within SLAs.
-Putting guidelines to continuously optimize the whole Maintenance process and materials.
-Following up the troubleshooting, maintenance, and calibration processes to be exactly within standards.
-Sustain customer satisfaction by addressing his concerns, resolving complaints timely and efficiently.
-Performing training sessions and presentations showing products strength
-Helping the customer to find the most suitable product or solution based on his needs and interests.
-Ordering and following up on all required spare parts, tools, and materials.
-Control expenses and monitor the budget.
-Creating regular technical reports.
Technical project management:
- Studying technical specs and customer requirements.
- Revising POs and conditions (payments, shipping, delivery, penalties, ….).
- Preparing cost estimation and calculating time requirements.
- Keeping consistent relationships with customers.
- Identify the required materials and tools.
- Cooperating with the logistics department to keep consistent relations with manufacturers and suppliers.
- Lead installation, and technical support for our products and solutions.
-Making sure to finalize the project on time without any penalties or delays and within scope.
-Track and organize all technical and managerial documents.
-Make compliance tables and competitors comparisons
- cooperate with service and sales teams to satisfy customer needs in many technology fields.
-offer complete support for sales team and make regular visit to customers.
- Study customer requirements, negotiate with them and make sure to satisfy them.
-Technical study of our products .
-search for new products and solutions.
-prepare presentations and seminars to show the strength of our products and solutions.
Responsibilities:
-Network troubleshooting for Ethernet, VOIP, and optical gpon network.
-Network devices management and maintaining (layer 2 switches, layer 3 switches, routers, access points, call manager and Elastix VOIP server)
-Network tools maintaining (opmanager and cattools)
-Assisting in Network design.
-Assisting in Domain and Active Directory management.
-Technical Support to users, including (hardware and applications).
- Managing workshop activities.
- Directing Technicians.
- Testing the repaired instrument to assure quality.
- Optimizing spare parts stock.
- Control expenses and monitor the budget for the workshop.
- Performing training sessions and presentations showing products strength
• Service, calibration, and software updating of GPS systems and electromechanical surveying instruments such as Digital Automatic Level, Theodolite and Total station.
• Testing the repaired instrument to assure it is with standards.
• Attend regular training sessions
