Responsibilities:
• Review projects concept and detailed designs, program and budget.
• Monitor the projects construction phases in co-ordination with design consultant, contractor, client and end user(s).
• Adapt the value engineering to insure achieving the project goals of the timely completion to the required quality standards within the allocated budget.
• Perform project initiation activities such as initial team identification and effort estimation.
• Conduct project planning activities such as W.B.S, detailed work activities, sequence and optimization, communication/ documents matrixes …etc.
• Ensure engagement, reviews and quality assurance procedures to take place for all project activities.
• Participate in risk identification and response planning along with program management office team.
• Oversee the project execution activities by frequent monitoring and control.
• Conduct and participate in periodic aspect, project review meetings and provide monthly reporting to various project stakeholders.
• Integrate the activities of the various team members to ensure synergy and overall project success.

• The Twin Residential Towers (2 podiums + 2 @ 20 stories).
• Al Khan Lord Beach Hotel.
• Al Kamal and Al Azra - Private International Language Schools.
• 4 towers complex (5 podiums + 4 @ 25 stories).
• The Lords Hotel (2B + G + 4 Stories.

Responsibilities:
• Feasibility study for proposed projects.
• Assign consultant and review both design and specifications.
• Assign contractors, including material selection/ approval and suppliers.
• Monitor work quality, progress and budget.
• Report to Chairman about projects progress.

• New Burjuman Building and Rotana Hotel (4B+G+M+25).
• Dubai Exhibition & Convention center.
• Dubai Commercial Bank Head Quarter.
• The Grosvenor House Hotel.

Responsibilities:
• Marketing & Execution of dewatering system required for construction sites including design, quoting, resources arrangement, and installation of the system up to functioning phase.
• Marketing of water and dewatering pumps, header pipes and all related accessories.
• Monitoring sites execution to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collections and allocation of company resources.
• Reporting to General Manager and Managing Director.

• Villas complex on Al Wasl Road.
• Offices tower at Al Mankhoul Area.

• Construction, execution and management of the companys projects which included inspection and taking over the sites.
• Managing the company resources such as staff, labor, plant and materials.
• Preparatory works to the sites, sub-structure and super-structure works, finishing and services works.

• Sulfur storage, crushing and exporting plant and facilities for Crescent Petroleum, Jebel Ali, Dubai.

• Group of 35 number of multi purposes military buildings, Dubai.

• Handling companys Planning Division. Achieving the construction of work program, assigning resources, monitoring site progress and preparing the projects monthly reports.

Responsibilities:
• Worked as Site Engineer, QA/QC Engineer, Project Planner, Civil Superintendent and Projects Manager, for various petroleum projects (construction of gas plants, crude oil refineries, onshore and offshore pipelines, loading berths, administration, residential, recreation buildings including all related facilities).
• Responsible of all works related to projects management in full and direct contact with international clients and field operating companies like Esso USA, Shell Holland, Bechtel UK, Ajip Italy, Hitachi Zosen Japan, Daelim Co. Ltd, Korea, Schlumberger France, and the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation.
