Technical Project Manager of King Fahad University Hospital, Network Management System project “KFUH-Backfile “3 Million USD ≈ 11 Million SAR”. Along with HIS system development and integration into existing network for one of the largest government hospitals in the Eastern Province area in KSA.
Designing, leading and presenting a digitizing and technical scope of this magnitude can lead to many issues if not studied and anticipated properly either by pre-identifying those risks and mitigating it or professionally analysing root causes and resolve it by applying an accurate Work Breakdown Structure to manage and prioritizing those issues to achieve a common goal of delivering the project’s milestones on time within budget with no scope creep.
-Project Manager for SAR "Saudi Arabian Railways" North - South Lane project.
-20 different locations, 116 buildings coordinating and managing teams, suppliers and logistics of installers "information Screens, Interactive Video Wall, Electrical Appliances and Furniture".
- Main Responsible for all Telecom related products, services and implementation of SAR project.
- Managing the Technical team studying all aspects of suppliers proposals, technical issues and requirements of the project.
- Managing Implementations and Delivery in correspondence with project schedule and according to scope and time set in the project plan.
- Role in Risk, Time, Quality and logistics Management Planning.
- Monitoring the installation process on and off the site keeping all site operations under control and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Deliverables:
o Technical Lead Outsourcing FTTH Implementation projects.
o Technical assistance in the network design and architecture. planning, procurement and presenting Technical networking solutions.
o Provide support to users IT, Risk or other technical difficulties and supervise IT staff
o Project proposals, Designing and Pre-Sales Solutions, recommend effective ideas for enhancing technical products and services.
Started as a Sales Account Manager at NGiT "Next Generation For IT", HQ in Riyadh, www.ngit.com.sa main responsibilities were to achieve a high satisfaction level for our exciting customers and create new channels for new businesses were I achieved company's primary objectives but not my goals as an engineer.
Then i was promoted to Project Manager "Communications and Networking project manager" in four major sites:
● MOD Ministry of Defense
● MOSA Ministry of Social Affairs in Ahssaa city.
● GCC Gulf Cooperation Council in Riyadh.
● Technical Institute in Shaqraa in Shaqraa City.
