Planned, managed and executed hundreds of events from conception through to staging such:
• Meet potential customers and discuss their requirements and budgets for their event.
• Generate creative ideas for any kind of event.
• Preparing proposals and quotations for the event and making sure the event doesn't exceed the budget.
• Building site/Project manager through all stages of development; from initial conception through to the opening.
•Arranging logistics of all material.
• Planning and execution of the center’s activities and events calendar.
• Coordination of all internal and external communications.
• Liaison with the advertising agency (JWT) to create promotional designs for all
center's activities.
• Events / exhibitions / conferences coordination, production and management.

• Production Management for the exhibition and conference includes all the items such:
signage, digital signage, giveaways, registration desk … etc.
• Budgeting and cost control (BOM) to review financial statements, determine areas
needing cost reduction.
• Promoted marketing campaigns for the event (Outdoor & Radio campaign) includes

• Manage & lead a team of staff, preparing work schedules, assignment of specific
duties.
• Arrangement of outsourced and handle all the suppliers who work with
(productions, conference system and Audio-video equipment, lights, digital
signage, photographers, ...etc).
• Managed the conference production material with a total number of 1500 delegates.
• Manage the delegate's coffee breaks and lunch.
• Managing and providing on ground support in press conference.
• Ensuring all Health and Safety guidelines are followed at all times.
• Oversee recruitment, training & evaluation of all personnel for operations team.
• Handle customer service issues with discretion, tact & professionalism.
• Supervises general operations guarantee the fulfillment, quality, image, functionality
and security standards.
