Responsible for the whole operation of Quality management to include establish policy & procedures and its implementation closely monitoring and advise on the performance of the quality management system, produce data and report on performance, measuring against the established standard operating system.
Main tasks
• Develops adequate policies and processes for the Quality Department to maintain efficient operational excellence.
• Responsible to ensure that processes needed for the Quality Management System (QMS) are established, implemented and maintained based on ISO 9001:2008.
• To ensure that Quality objectives are set by top management for measuring the performance of the QMS and regularly reviewed.
• To ensure that an internal audit is adopted and effectively implemented and maintained.
• Responsible in reviewing customer requirements and ensuring that they are met.
• Analyze data on the effectiveness of the QMS and evaluate where continual improvements are identified and to be corrected.
• To ensure that a documents control procedures is adopted to approve, review and update all changes to critical documents within the scope of the QMS.
• To ensure continual improvements of the QMS with supporting evidence of corrective and preventive actions taken are recorded and reviewed.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required for smooth and efficient operation.
• Setting up KPIs of departments' action plans.
Develop and manage Quality Management System in line with QM / ISO requirements to all divisions / departments.
Plan and implement periodic quality audits across T4EDU to assess the progress of the quality management system implementation, monitor the progress and effectiveness.
Develop a strategic quality plan.
Constantly monitor performance by gathering relevant data, and generate periodic statistical performance reports and suggesting retaliatory corrective measures and improvement initiatives.
Establish the quality department, which has included the establishment of the Organization Manual, jobs description guide to quality jobs, and the detailed procedures manual for the five quality activities:
Quality Planning.
Quality Measurement and Analysis.
Continuous Improvement.
Documentation and quality control.
Training and Quality Culture.
Develop the company's quality management manual, policy and procedures with respect to all the company's activities with the Quality consultant
Analyze and prepare a report for employee satisfaction questionnaire, beneficiary satisfaction and self-assessment.
Ensure that processes needed for the Quality Management System (QMS) are established, implemented and maintained.
Preparing the Quality Assurance Audits System for ISO 9001 and King Abdul Aziz Award for Quality including:
a) Preparing the Audit Plan.
b) Preparing the Check List.
c) Preparing the Audit & Follow up Reports.
Report to top management on the performance of the QMS and any need for improvement.
Follow-up period of preservation of documents with review and update.
Launch the surveys needed and gathering data to analyze by using SPSS.
Evaluate training programs and determine their suitability for the needs of workers at Qiyas.
Updates and manage the department SharePoint site with quality related information.
Coordinate with accredited training centers for quality department.
Supervise the implementation of Quality Assurance plan and objectives, work with other supervisors to ensure assigned tasks, duties and responsibilities are followed in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
Maintain a high standard of quality and food safety in all functional areas by ensuring safe working practices and care for quality and food safety are in compliance with the guidelines set up in company Quality, Health & Safety, Environment and food safety.
Process Design, Analysis and QMS Integration (Process Integration).
