Duties and responsibilities
Inspection
Prepare dimensions Check report for machining items.
Prepare QC. Plane.
Prepare Final Documentation Of Test Package For Piping.
Reporting and Handling to the Client.
Quality Assurance
Study technical Specification and Code requirement for new projects.
Review Quality Plane during the construction.
Material Inspection
Conducts Receiving inspection of all materials, Inspection is based on Project specification and relevant Standards such as ASTM, DIN, and MIL-std.
Review and verifies all the relevant materials Certification to assure its compliance is based on Project specification and applicable Standards.
Welding and NDT
Prepared welding Procedures Specification, Procedures Qualification Record and Welders Qualifications Tests with different welding processes. (SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, FCAW and SAW)
Performed and supervised the RT, MT, and PT inspection in Vessels, Tanks and Steel Structure
Handling all RT interpretation, Vessels, Piping Skids Fabrication / erection inspection, post weld heat treatment survey and diagram check, hardness survey and evaluate the results, Pneumatic and hydrostatic tests,
Working for petroleum projects like pipelines.
•Arranging welding procedure specification and procedure qualification records.
•Welder and Welding operator testing and qualification.
•Dimension check and welding visual inspection.
•Arranging NDE (RT, UT, MT and PT) procedures.
•Material classifying and check for incoming one.
•Arranging and witness the heat treatment processing.
•Arranging hydrostatic test and witness.
Detecting and measuring corrosion products in pipe lines and piping systems.
•Performing cathodic protection and several types of coating.
•Collecting data and analysis the results to prevent or eliminate corrosion
•Preparing periodical report about the (chemical-mechanical-environmental) conditions that make pipes or metallic constructions to be corroded
